Two lovely potholders from an earlier age, one with short trousers, the other with a little skirt. The pattern is a single large sheet of paper, with on the front the printed instructions how to crochet, and on the back typed or stencilled instructions for the actual pot holders.

Knitted baby clothes, designed by Cecilia Vanek. 24 pages, stapled booklet. Crocheted and knitted soakers, a house coat for a toddler, baby jacket and bonnet, surplice sweater, smocked sweater, knitted sacque and cap, legging suit, cap and mittens for toddler, another child’s sweater, infant’s shoulderette, puff stitch bunting, booties, bonnet, mittens, carriage cover, cardigan, and a crocheted duck toy. Illustrated with photographs and some charming drawings that could be used for scrapbooks and handmade cards.

L-PC014 Knechtel &Co 1668 – Quart round abstract pattern
Handpainted Berlin woolwork pattern on grey cardboard. Round design probably meant for a sofa cushion or table center. The colors are distinct and bright, so it could also be done in beadwork, as hot plate. Abstract symmetrical design.

Folded strip of paper, 8 pages. A girl’s crochet dress, heirloom bedspread with knitted strips and linen embroidered strips, crocheted butterfly as corner of a tablecloth, shaded tatted doily with one shuttle and one ball.

Softcover, bound with a cord. 24 plates of mostly filet embroidery combined with occasional whitework. Collar, tea cosy, curtain, more collars, lampshade, handbag, panel, blouse, bedspread/tablecloth, table runners and other motifs suitable for multiple applications. The author is mentioned in tiny tiny letters on the cover.

Handpainted Berlin woolwork pattern on cream cardboard. A corner design with what looks like a formal green fence with framed roses. Muted colors. Would probably look great as edging on table linen .
