To keep our Library up and running, we hold a fundraising campaign from September to December.

If you can’t afford to donate, but would like to help the Antique Pattern Library, introducing the Library to people who don’t know of it yet, is very useful, since it broadens our user base and therefore also our future donor base. Blogs, Tiktok, Instagram, Pinterest, Ravelry, Facebook, other social media – show others your favorite publications and what you made using them. Our work is only useful when people actually use it!

If that is not possible either, just enjoy our new publications either for inspiration or for your own work! There’s always something new to try out and something well-known to sharpen our skills with!

NEW PUBLICATION 

H-FW001 Small slipper with floral motifs
Single sheet with litho pattern. Number of stitches indicates this might be a childs or dolls slipper. Background color not indicated on pattern. The floral motifs used on the slipper are equally suitable to stand-alone use for other purposes.

There is no mention of the publisher, and the back side of the pattern is blank, not printed with blue alphabets or motifs (as is common for these patterns) which might have been a clue to the publisher. If you recognize this pattern or have any information that might help identify it, please let me know. It might help us with other nameless patterns as well.

The color choices are very interpretative, because of the bad printing quality, not-matching color overlay and wear on the original pattern. Please feel free to use your own interpretation.
