Some surprisingly modern looking sweaters, and here and there one that’s definitely dated. Illustrated with large black-and-white photographs. The embroidering of little scattered motifs might take a lot of time, but the results are worth the effort, and could be an inspiration to look at that old boring knitted sweater in your clothes cupboard again. Embroidery over knitting stitches is also often used to repair or strengthen weak and damaged portions, combining the useful with the beautiful. But if it is not your cup of tea, the embroidered items in this publication can also be kept plain.
